Have worked for similar position in the hospitality for at 1-2 years.

Responsibilities/Task/Objectives
1. Bar staff should check part stock and make sure refill all beverage should be cool for next days.
2. Assumes 100% responsibility for quality guests? experience.
3. Take orders from guests and beverage orders from servers.
4. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistent with the Tamarind Restaurant?s standard drink recipes.
5. Wash and sterilize glassware using standard HHCCP.
6. Prepare garnishes for drinks and replenish snacks for bar patrons.
7. Maintains bottles and glasses in an attractive and functional manner to support efficient drink preparation and promotion of beverages.
8. Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the bar including counters, sinks, utensils, shelves, and storage areas.
9. Report all equipment problems and bar maintenance issues to Head bartender.
10. Assist the restocking and replenishment of bar inventory and supplies.
11. Notify Dining Room Supervisor or manager-on-duty any time a guest is not 1OO% satisfied with their experience.
12. Do monthly inventory for beverage, system FIFO and check your bar area preparation and that the duties are in accordance with Tamarind Resort standards and Tamarind concepts to the absolute satisfaction of our guests.
13. To ensure bartender can doing Multitasking, become waiter, cashiering.
